We were very impressed with the professionalism of Hannah Stewart when she came to view our apartment. She gave a detailed explanation of how Linley Simpson worked and so we felt very confident of her company handling the rental. This confidence has continued in the office with Rebecca Tyler who is also very professional and pleasant to deal with.

A great service from Jordan and Emma! I have been in contact with Jordan since our offer was accepted and he has gone above and beyond since. This is our first property to let and we have decided to use Linley and Simpson's fully managed service. Jordan and Emma have been incredibly professional and helpful which meant our property had tenants moved in within three weeks of getting the keys.

Telephone calls to their Pudsey Branch were never answered, left messages but never received call back. Went into their new office, there were 3 to 4 people there, none of them bothered to greet me so walked out again. The worst estate agency I have came across.

GoogleMy husband and I are new to the Harrogate area and subsequently found ourselves searching Rightmove for a property to let. All of our favorite properties happen to fall under Linley & Simpson and with that we had the pleasure of spending a bit of time at different properties with Mark Clayton. He has single handedly made our renting experience so enjoyable! He was ready and eager to answer any questions we had, run up and down the stairs with us, give us honest recommendations, and overall made us feel like we had someone to turn to during this crazy time. I felt very safe and in trustworthy hands with him leading the way. Truly, couldn't recommend him enough. GoogleMark has helped me multiple times in the past when I've needed to view properties and I honestly don't think I've ever felt so looked after. He constantly goes above and beyond what you would already expect from a great letting agent and he is easily a huge credit to Harrogate's Linley and Simpson branch. Moving house is one of the most stressful things you'll ever do in your life and people as caring as Mark help to make this tough time just that little bit more bearable.
