Requested valuation from Ripon branch…

Requested valuation from Ripon branch on 29th September. Agent visited and assessed property, gave advice and told me Email with details would be sent within 24 hours. I allowed a couple of days, Nothing…called the office and was told I was next on the list of the agent, that was on Wednesday 6th October. One week later nothing. Does not bode well for future service.Will use another agent.Selection of Estate Agent is best done by word of mouth and reviews.

Easy Viewings and Straight-forward application

Arranged to view a few flats across Leeds with Amina, who was very easy to chat and walk bout with. Answered any and all questions and didn't make us feel rushed at all. Daniela expedited the application process which was a breeze, and set out in very clear terms. All in all a pleasant experience, which I find is often a rarity in flat-hunting!

Worst letting agency

This is the worst letting agency I have ever came across. Unfortunately, I rented an apartment from them when i moved to UK. And found that the company did not even provide me with the basic amneties which were mentioned in my contract letter. The company people are too reluctant to reply to any queries made by the renters. I will never recommend such a worst letting agency to anyone.

Amina couldn't have been more helpful with my viewing process and was extremely patient helpful and friendly throughout the process but company it self worst don't deal with this people never dealing with them again. They take my money after 3 weeks told me house ready to move in same day if not I have to pay thousand of pound or they put house on market.

Unfortunately have had no other option…

Unfortunately have had no other option but to resort to writing and online truthful evaluation of this firm, a) this is the second time this has happened. As a Landlord they hold a tenants deposit and do no release in a legal and timely manner. If this was not enough whilst my property being managed by this company the have failed to manage and allowed the tenant to trash the place and hammer nails into walls and leave the trash outside of front garden.I like other landlords pay such people a fee to manage, this is NOT managing a property, they had left it to the tenants free reign to do what they wished.Whislt their own colleague agreed and confirmed that the tenant will accept fault and allow the deposit to be used for the clean up and works another colleague has since chanhed this stance and advised the deposit is no for use and needs to go through an adjudicator.This company is absolutely awful and lack intergity, honesty, negligence and when money is imvolved 'fraudulent' behaviour comes to mind.They should b3 investigated by the FCA and the Financial Ombudseman.I warn all Landlords to look how your portfolios are being managed.
