Proactive and surprisingly efficient

I’ve recently used Linley and Simpson - Leeds City Center for my apartment search and was pleasantly surprised with their professionalism. Amina proactively reacted to my preferences and demonstrated genuine interest in finding the perfect flat for me and my partner. I liked her attention to detail and personalized approach. She was incredibly prompt in addressing my inquiries and making the entire process efficient and convenient. On the admin side, Sebastian very quickly provided me with all necessary documentation and information. Happy so far with the agency, so hopefully they’ll maintain the standard throughout my tenancy.

I encountered an issue in my new property, which I recently moved into. I emailed Kelly Boot about the problem, and she included Corey Costello in the conversation. Both of them acted quickly, and I had an engineer visit the very next day to resolve the issue. I am very pleased with the service from Linley & Simpson and would rate Kelly and Corey 5 out of 5.

The communication from Linley & Simpson - Sheffield, from the moment we requested a viewing was fantastic. Top letting agents

My wife and I are landlords and have experienced varying standards of professionalism from letting agents in the past. We have recently switched agents to Linley and Simpson. They have been involved in repairing our properties, selecting tenants and dealing with difficult outside agencies such as local councils. Linley and Simpson have proved to be very professional.
