Tyla - She is our main contact who conducts our tenancy check outs. She is very professional and thorough in her reports and gives good feedback with her findings. She is very helpful when advising us of the tenancy deposit scheme and how they look at potential damage claims. I take her advice as I know she has great knowledge in this field and I trust her to help us through any issues which may arise.

Emma Mitchell from Linley and Simpson was a brilliant support when I went through a very difficult time. I signed a contract for a house to rent with them and this was an easy process. However due to changes in my personal circumstances I could no longer stay in that house and Emma worked closely with me to ensure the issue was resolved in a timely and fair matter.
