GoogleI applied for a property that was to let had a viewing filled in the application and handed it back into the office 3 weeks ago. I have heard nothing back to say if I have been successful candidate or not?! I feel this is very unprofessional and a big let down.

Their staff are extremely caring, but also professional, and I would not hesitate to recommend this agency to anyone looking to rent property in North Yorkshire.

Recently taken over our previous letting agents and so far the service couldn't be worse. Rent payments made nearly a month late, communication horrific, no correspondence/ replies to numerous emails sent chasing payment. Do not use, would not recommend at all.

What does one have to do to get these agents to get back to you? Two phone calls and three emails and still nobody contacts as promised!! If I were a seller in the YORK area I would be very concerned as buyers can’t get appointments

GoogleAwful people, don't look out for their tenants at all, all about whats best for the landlord . Put in numerous requests for repairs and went ignored, then they had the audacity to try take excessive fees from my bond. Don't rent from these cowboys.
