GoogleI had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Mark while viewing properties, a very flexible honest and charming lad. After choosing a place I was dealing with Sue and Tristan who were in constant communication and remarkably efficient. From my first viewing to picking up the keys it took 12 hassle free days. A big thank you to everyone at Linley and Simpson!

GoogleAlex, and all the staff at Linley and Simpson provided me with a professional and courteous service. I wanted to view the property many times and was always accommodated. When the purchase can get stressful, as buying a property always does, I found Alex to be calming and helpful at all times. I would recommend them for sale or purchase.

They are prompt, professional, discreet, respectful and very responsive to all of my maintenance requests. Whenever I found myself in their offices, the staff was friendly and polite. I had to rent a property and the company I used was taken over by LnS. They will lie to you and they will be deceitful. If I ever have to rent again I would rather sleep in my tent then use this company.
