Beyond useless. They charge more with an idea to be better but are actually the worst.After initial gestures they ignore everything and don't expect any reported repairs to be seen to within a reasonable timeframe.Extra mention for Kat in Chaple Allerton branch who lies through her teeth on every given subject

If I could give no stars then I would! The staff are totally incompetent and rude! They think it’s ok to charge tenants for every little thing when the house was cleaner than when it was first handed over. This is how they make their money. Total con artists DO NOT rent with or from this agents!! You will regret it!

TrustpilotHow long to fix a boiler?
If you're a tenant, don't expect them to fix anything in a timely manner. The boiler broke, and 2 weeks later they're still "waiting for a part". Also, had to keep chasing them for an update despite assurances they'd call me.
