The agency is been most supportive with any questions or requests we had.We communicated mainly with Tom Wilcox, one of the Seniors Lettings Negotiator, who is been professional, kind and spot on regarding getting back to us via phone or email. We were very happy with this agency services.

Fantastic branch in Sheffield. They have answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. I have dealt with many letting agents during this busy rental market in Sheffield. L&S’s agent Sarah Weston arranged my property viewing and she has been by far the most knowledgeable, patient, courteous and helpful agent I have dealt with. Would highly recommend to friends and others looking to rent in the area.

Horrible. They reply late, are difficult to reach over the phone and when I need things repaired such as regarding the sink and fridge it takes ages for them to get back to you and get it fixed. Definetly a bad experience

GoogleQuite simply, first rate! - providing a professional service with the agent being friendly, knowledgeable and offering impartial valuable advice. I certainly appreciated the approach of first listened to the requirements of the house-hunter and then invariably being ‘non-pushy’ but informative. Possibly the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. Bad customer care, no real agenda to sell, more to list. Always complaining and moaning about other agents and telling you how much better they are then competitors. Constantly trying to get you to lower the price of your property even if you have it at market average. Avoid. Leeds City Centre Branch.
