I have been looking for a property since May of this year and it has been a struggle to find a company who i feel actually wanted to help me, the company is full of lovely people and they would do anything to assist me. unfortunately for me the house I've bought isn't with Linley & Simpson as i would have loved to go from beginning to end with them. I would not hesitate in using them in future. if you want a stress free buying experience with people that would go the extra mile choose these guys!!

Having struggled to let my property in Harrogate for several months using another agency, I took the advice of a friend and talked to Linley & Simpson. It's a decision I have not regretted. It took Linley & Simpson just 17 days to not only find me a tenant, but have them move in(!) I have been very impressed with all aspects of the service provided by Linley & Simpson so far, from the expertise of Michael Moon during the property appraisal through to the updates I received about viewings and the information they provided on the tenants. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Linley & Simpson.

One of several reasons landlords require a good agent is that they want an agent they can trust; that the agents market their property in an aggressive but professional manner to ensure there are no large gaps between lettings and that the tenants they do obtain are properly vetted, respectable and sound..Linley & Simpson have highly professional staff; exceedingly polite Linley & Simpson have provided this kind of service for us,unfailingly,over the past ten years or more.
