Very difficult to get hold of. Almost gave up as phone just rings and rings and rings.
Hi Sue, Thank you for making us aware of the situation and we're sorry to hear you have had difficulty getting hold of us. We have double checked our phone records and we can see our recent call to you, but there are no records of your calls to us. We can also confirm that the current phone system in place will only call for a certain period before going to a voicemail, so it shouldn't ring continuously. I believe our Head of Build to Rent has been in contact with you to reconfirm the number that is being used.
