GoogleRefuse to return my deposit, even though I had fitted new flooring. Charged for breaking the loft ladder, even though it was already broken. Charged for damage to the walls, even though it was like that at the beginning.

After being in a dead end chain for 6 months with another agent calling Reyland and Johnson was the best thing we ever did. Not only were they helpful, efficient and know exactly the right people for the right property, There was never any need to chase them up they are always on the ball keeping you up to date with everything. GoogleI've had amazing help from my sales progressor Karen Avery! I feel that without her a lot of stuff would not have been done as quickly as she made it. I also appreciate the time that Dean spent with me showing me around the property on 2 separate occasions, and working hard to get the property for the price I wanted. Would definitely recommend buying off them!

GoogleTerrible service, I viewed the property on Saturday and have been told that buyer only have one chance to increase the offer price on Monday. I placed offer on Sunday and increased the offer price on Monday, and received both email and call confirming that offer is accepted by seller. After two days, agent called and said someone offered higher price and seller accept it. They don't even do what they say, it is really horrible that i almost submit my mortgage application for this property, it is shameful and immoral. Never waste time to buy property from this agent.

The letting team have been amazing, very professional and helpful with any queries or problems that I have occurred through the way. I have now sold my property through them and also purchased my new home via them. I couldn't recommend them enough!
