I honestly can’t fault Reyland & Johnson. From the very beginning, the whole process of selling my house has been incredibly smooth and stress-free.
A huge thank you to Karen, who has been absolutely amazing throughout. She is so on it , constantly keeping everything in the chain moving, chasing when needed, and making sure nothing stalls. She genuinely keeps the wheels turning and gives you complete confidence that everything is progressing exactly as it should.
The entire team are professional, knowledgeable, and clearly understand the market inside out. Communication has been excellent throughout, and I always felt supported at every stage.

He went in depth to the costs we would have, he gave us a realistic price of what we should list the house for.
He came and saw us on the Tuesday,took all of the photos and told us everything. The house went live on the Wednesday. We were notified of many bookings to view that were going to take place on the Saturday.
Then Charlie called me on the Monday to tell me three seperate people have made an offer. One of whom offered £10k over asking.
It couldn't have gone more perfect!

GoogleI definitely do not recommend this agency.
We were repeatedly misled and drawn into a complicated chain that was supposed to look completely different. The completion dates were constantly pushed back (August, then September, then November), until we were finally forced to withdraw because the process took far too long and our mortgage offer expired and had to be renewed. In the end it worked out better for us because we found a much nicer house, but this agency is simply not trustworthy.

We are sorry to hear that you have not been happy with our agency and that the proposed purchase kept on getting delayed resulting in you no longer proceeding.
Unfortunately timeframes our totally out of our control and we can only provide information on target moving dates that we are being provided from the top of the chain. Sadly on this occasion the top of the chain kept on delaying which we can fully appreciate was not what you or anyone wanted however, when we did get the information on delays these were always passed onto everyone and not hidden in anyway.
Although you decided to no longer proceed due to the continued delays and have now purchased something else we would like to wish you all the best going forward with your new home.

2 Offered them a door key so they could let themselves in never took me up on my offer
3 Tell me every couple of weeks I would here from them never had one
4 Used to ring up and say are you in on a Saturday I Say no, never heard any more not even a call to say okay then not a problem Basis, manners really
5 Did have an offer on the house was told to take it. I said no and they kept on saying it is a really good offer. I was in no rush to sell and it seems like they was working for the buyer not the seller
As in your reply you said you market all properties with floor plan as standard well as the photo say that you did not shows a floor plan should hold your hands up 🙌 and say we got this wrong like my review be truthful with your clients and stop worrying about the Commission all the time

Dear Brian, I am sorry to hear that you weren’t happy with the service we provided and that your property didn’t proceed to a successful sale with us. We always try very hard to sell all properties that we are marketing, however on this occasion a sale did not come together.
When we initially came to value your property, my colleague informed you of the price that we felt your home was worth, but you wanted to try at a higher figure. After the first week of marketing, we had a viewing which resulted in an offer from a proceedable buyer. The offer was lower than your asking price but higher than our initial valuation and after a conversation with the prospective buyer, we were able to negotiate a further increase and advised you that this was a very strong offer. Sadly, after declining their increased offer, they went on to purchase another home.
We continued to market further, however there were couple of interested viewers that we were not able to get booked in and interest sadly dried up over the summer months. We did contact you to discuss a different approach to the price, however you were reluctant to do so and we pushed on.
We market all properties with a floorplan as standard and I can see we have one for your home, so I’m not quite sure what happened on this point above.
I would like to wish you every success going forward and do hope you are able to achieve a sale soon going forward with your new marketing.
