Sonny was very professional and polite when arranging the viewing and extending a great deal of time in order for us to look around this property. Due to this being for my parents the process was logistically difficult but Sonny arranged everything with no fuss. Karen is the sales progressor for the business. I have worked in the industry for over 25 years and I can honestly say Karen is worth her weight in gold to this business. Karen is there to get the job done and she certainly knows her stuff. If you are going to pay for an agent you want one who will be able to progress the sale and get you to completion. Karen makes this happen and I would highly recommend this agent because of her. Would NOT recommend them for letting management. The tenants wrecked my house in a twelve month period. They poorly redecorated 4 rooms without my permission. They smashed a lot of roof tiles exposing the interior to the elements, causing extensive damage. None of which was picked up in the so called quarterly inspections carried out by RJ. None of this damage was highlighted until the tenant had been evicted and even then, withholding their deposit did not cover the cost of repairing the damage done. I found the RJ Lettings team to be ignorant and unprofessional. Do not trust them with your property.

The worst agent I have ever seen. Purely money oriented. I rent a property from them for two years. When moved out, they hold all my deposit and said that is not enough cover all the cost, there is extra amount need pay on top of deposit. They requested me to pay asap otherwise, may result in a CCJ.. I tried to contact them for the details, then the company director Ben asked me don't contact them, which is ridiculous, they don't want to solve the problem but in a hurry to take all my deposit. and their staff Abbey service attitude is absolutely rude, she refused to repair the broken heavy canopy, which collapsed at last, but luckily not hit my kids, otherwise, I will shoot them to the court. For the deposit, finally I got most back through DPS. The DPS comments, they didn't even consider the fair and tear , but just want to get everything replaced with brand new while it is in old condition before moving. All in all, I would NOT recommend their service. their boss attitude is such worse, no wonder their staffs. Their answers to my comment shows they are complete lier. Evidence can speak the truth. Any customer need for reference , I am more than happy to provide. Business without integrity wouldn't go further.

From the first meeting for the valuation I knew I wanted to use Reyland & Johnson to sell my house. The estate agent was friendly, knowledgeable and gave me the confidence that choosing them would be the right decision. My house had 4 viewings just 2 days after going on the market and I accepted an offer after only 4 days of it being in the market. The whole thing was done and dusted within 3 months. I have had the pleasure of being a tenant in a property under RJ estate agents for approx 8 years and have recently bought a home through them. They are reliable, efficient and don't waste your time. They use technology so you can sign things remotely, report issues etc and their staff are polite and genuine. I know our landlord also appreciated the lack of fuss so I can recommend them all round. If in the future, if I choose to sell or rent my home, they will be my first port of call.

I’d always heard great things about Reyland and Johnson in the local area and a couple of years ago, I received the news that they were taking over the management of my property. As a private tenant, I was introduced to Abbey and Ben from the very first day which made all future communications friendly and personal from then on. Within my time with R&J, My property experienced a few ongoing issues and needless to say, I couldn’t have got through it all without them! The Team at RJ Estates are super friendly, very knowledgable and professional, we purchased a property that was 5 years old on a new development that had conveyance struggles, and the team provided our solicitor with all details they required with an excellent turn around, this assisted in keeping the process flowing. We both brought and sold through Rayland Johnson. Having speculatively found a place advertised by Rayland Johnson. We put in an offer and listed ours the very same day. Three weeks later we had an offer on our place which we accepted. Even once the conveyancers took over Rayland Johnson were in constant communication and helping with any random enquiries we threw at them. The whole team seemed to work well together and were all knowledgeable of our current progress even though they may not have been the last person we spoke to. Excellent service throughout and by far the easiest part of our purchasing and selling experience.

Terrible experience with this agency, specifically their property management team (Frankie). Completely biased, unprofessional, and incompetent from start to finish. They repeatedly tried to blame me for damage that already existed, despite clear evidence in the check-in inventory and photographs, which I thankfully kept. When confronted with their own documentation, their narrative would suddenly change. I served my notice in line with my tenancy and they didn’t bother to check their system or go through my tenancy agreement before rushing to respond to let me know I cant vacate (when I could!) During the deposit dispute, communication became personal and inappropriate. The property manager (Frankie) passed on insulting personal comments from the landlord instead of handling the matter professionally. At one point, they tried to claim £200 (£50 to hire a contractor to hammer in one nail! How bizarre). They even tried to intimidate me by repeatedly mentioning adjudication, luckily I knew my legal rights and I agreed for £50 deduction just to deweed the garden. They showed a complete lack of understanding of tenancy law, fair wear and tear, or deposit protection rules. maintenance and pre-existing issues were constantly pushed onto me as the tenant, regardless of evidence. They also lied about the landlord suffering a “loss” for the next tenant, when I was explicitly told the landlord had moved back into the property, and I have evidence to prove this. Dishonest and misleading. Even worse, the washing machine was mould-infested, which made me severely unwell. I reported this with photos of my skin and requested action, only to be ignored and then accused of causing the mould myself. With no inventory report to prove this. No replacement was provided. This agency is unreliable, poorly educated on legislation, and lacks even basic professional standards. Everything felt like an attempt to extract as much money as possible from my deposit rather than resolve issues fairly. Disgusting, cowboy behaviour. Avoid at all costs.
