Honestly amazing service!! Had a difficult experience with solicitors but team at Haart (Kris, Cassie, Mukesh all of them) made it so much better. Great communication, professionalism and experience, honestly made this experience great for me - took so much stress off me!! Cassie especially 5 star service, can’t not thank her enough. We’re buying our first home through Haart Harlow and the service we’ve received has been incredible. We’ve had lots of issues but Cassie and Ellie have gone out of their way to help and make our experience as easy as possible. Do NOT go with this estate agents if selling a property. They do not know the first thing about customer service. They are so pushy in making you take an offer if not right. And if they sense they won't get a quick sale they are not interested. We had such a poor experience. We went else where and had to go into the shop to speak with someone because they ignored our calls to cancel. 3 months after cancelling a contract with them, they still haven't collected the sign they have promised they would.

What a shambles this company is. We had such great service from the sales side of the team but the Lettings and property management are atrocious. We have had no end of trouble with them, from instructing cowboy workmen to fix issues our tenant raised...and then expecting us to pay for the shoddy work, to denying phone calls happened when they stated all calls are recorded, and to purposely not contacting you towards the end of the contract term so you get hit with large bills which could be avoided. Please please please stay away from this company at all costs. They cannot be trusted.

After a change is circumstance, I started looking for a new house in Essex. Like most people, I scanned Rightmove and viewed a few properties and on several occasions, I went to visit homes handled by Haart. The young chap who showed us around was like stereotype that many might assume of an estate agent. Young, shiny car, smart suit but myself and my partner were impressed by his patience, ability to answer questions directly and the good advice he gave. Over a 6-month period we looked at houses until we found a property we wanted, again through Rightmove, which was handled by Haart. With Christmas looming, we decided to move quickly and within a week, we had made an offer and put our property on the market. We went with Haart for our listing as they had impressed us during our search and as both our agent for sale and purchase, we hoped this would speed up the process. We had our first prospective buyers within a week and a firm offer within 2 weeks. We then raced to complete before Christmas but that was not possible due to the legal paperwork. Across the entire process the team at Haart were available over the phone, answered our questions and were a pleasure to do business with. In total, it took us 12 weeks from start to finish and apart from a few small niggles, it was better than I hoped for. Only 4 stars because they were probably more expensive than a Purple-Bricks style rival but the service was fantastic and like most things in life, you tend to get what you pay for! Thank you Haart Harlow and if we move again, you will be the first people we call.

I have only positive things to say. When I put property on the market the market was a little slow but I was aware this was a trend in the market. Things picked up in the new Year and a sale was soon agreed. The care after this was excellent and I particularly praise Kris who worked so hard to keep me informed and liaised so efficiently between all parties and to keep me informed, but all members of staff were helpful and efficient

On the occasion of selling our house, the team impressed us with their professionalism and excellent service - not only the two gentlemen, Shawn and Dan came to our first meeting well prepared with folder that was a useful source of information for us and it contained a list of local properties sold in the last few years. They were courteous, well informed and looked smart. They visit and our not difficult decision to choose Haart to assist us in the sale of our house was followed up by a reassuring text message thanking for our custom. Every step of the way was followed up by a friendly Kris and her courtesy calls and every request was promptly dealt with with a smile.
