GoogleHaart Estate Agent in Harlow have been wonderful! After an extremely difficult sale on my late Mother's house due to a problematic and complex chain, we have just exchanged! Haart have been an excellent agent to deal with right from the valuation, right up to the completion. I have felt supported and informed all the way through.....not your average experience from a estate agent. I truly believe that they cared about me as a person as well as a client. Haart Harlow have handled the whole sale with professionalism, integrity and good humour. I cannot recommend them enough! However, special mention needs to go to the following staff members:- Cassie, Sales Executive, was very professional and business like, whilst still being very approachable. She answered all of our questions at the valuation, and was very helpful along the journey. Dan, Negotiator, worked extremely hard to find a buyer, was very supportive, and succeeded in procuring a sale, after a bumpy ride! Thank you. Kristine - Sale Progressor, once an offer had been accepted, and our file was passed to Kristine, things really took off. GoogleWe wanted to thank jade-Nicole Smith and chelsie for helping with paperwork to rent the house. They were very friendly and very professional doing their job. We were looking for a house to rent with many diferent agencies online. I have recive a message saying we will contact you but they never called us back. when sending an email to haaart lettings the next day they contacted me the next day and made an appointment with chelsea to view a house and was she very kind with us greeted us with a good smile and the other person jade she was very kind and helpful when doing the paper work. they did their job very profesionally. GoogleWhen i had to sell my dads flat i had several estate agents come round and give me a valuation, i chose haart because of there friendly welcoming approach , they made me feel like i had nothing to worry about especially whilst i was going through such a difficult time with funeral arrangements and grieving. Haart where amazing! Completely understanding and compassionate. Karen , ollie , shaun and the rest of the team went above and beyond for me.. Not only as a company , but as people.. They are lovely , genuine down to earth caring people and i couldn't recommend using there services high enough!!.. 5* rating from me and my family. Thank you all so much for everything you did..

GoogleHaart have been renting our house. Never use this company. They gave the deposit back to previous tenants before inspecting the property. Lots of rubbish was left in both the garage and loft. Mo promised to remove this. He didn’t. He is the rudest, unhelpful useless person. He has no people skills at all. GoogleMe and my partner are ready to buy our first home! We have called to book a viewing for number of properties and have been told someone will be in touch only to not got no phone call at all. Terrible service, absolutely disgraceful as I say its not the first time it's happen from this estate agent. So disappointing I won't be using these lot from now I'm afraid
