As always there has been ups and downs with any house purchase or sale and I was no different. No issues were caused by Haart, Kris and Cassie have been a godsend, keeping me sane and informed. We lost a house purchase and then our buyer, within 2 days Haart had us back on the market, viewers and then a number of offers. They have not lost patience with my numerous emails and calls and stepped in to help my buyer even though he had no agent. They have gone above and beyond and I have been really grateful for their kindness, patience, professionalism and in the end friendship. Please all remember, they are there to help, they want the house sales and purchases to go as smooth as possible so be kind to them too. If its delayed or goes wrong it's not there fault!!! I'll be honest I was not impressed with my estate agent but he has since left. However after sale was agreed it was Cassie and Kris who were worth their weight in gold.
