GoogleThe team of estatate agents at Haart, Harlow are excellent and very professional. As a first time buyer the process can be very daunting and even at times overwhelming but they extremely professional and supportive throughout the process. I must mention that out of all the estate agents thay work there, two in particular were first class their names were Amanda Currier and Kristine Carr. From the beginning to the end they were truly outstanding. We are now in our forever home and couldn't be happier and this is down to hardwork and consistent support of Kristine and Amanda alongside the rest of the team at Harlow Haart. GoogleRecently moved house using Haart Estate and lettings and my experience through Josh the estate agent who saw me throughout the process was nothing but amazing. Took the time outside of working hours to assure my move was a success. Was transparent throughout out and made my move a pleasant experience. Who ever I'd speak to would point me in the right direction and nothing was to much of an ask. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Couldn't fault it.

GoogleOur previous tenants wracked up over £4K in damages. However, because Haart failed to complete the inventory, which we requested and paid for, we were unable to claim through our insurance. Over a year later and our emails on this subject are being continuously ignored and we are still waiting for an update from you! In my opinion, this shows how unprofessional and unreliable you are as letting agents. Can a senior member of the lettings team please look into this as a matter of urgency.
