Really good team. We had a tricky process with our first buyers dropping out, but they didn’t give up and gave it the same energy second time around. Lots of great advice along the way and the sales progression with Rachel was really supportive in getting the sale through. I would recommend Winkworth Harringay to anyone considering selling in the area they are on top of their game, have a very positive approach and produce great visual sales material. Also Importantly, there is an experienced follow up team to deal with any bumps in the road in the run up to exchange.

We had such a great experience of selling our house with Winkworth. The whole team were brilliant and have made it possible to not only sell our house quickly and with as little stress as possible but also Jake secured our dream house which looked like it had gone with a well timed and clearly very persuasive call to the agents selling it. Rachel was very reassuring when we were having any issues with our sale. She made sure everyone worked well together to resolve everything which came up. And was there on the phone if I had any worries which was brilliant. Oscar helped out regularly too and was always thoughtful and gave useful well placed advice in terms of offers. Had a great experience renting my flat out with Winkworth, specifically through Michael Georgiou. Although not the cheapest in the area, the service and results were superior and I rented my place out in no time to excellent tenants. The photographs were beautiful and super professional, and throughout the process Michael was a pleasure to deal with, getting back to me promptly with any queries I had at any time. In addition a year on since renting I’ve had easy communication with Michael over anything I’ve needed info or help with. Would recommend Winkworth Harringay to tenants and landlords alike!

I have used Winkworth Harringay for over 8 years. Firstly their letting team run by Michael, always let my apartment quickly and efficiently. Their lettings administration side, Rosie was always incredibly prompt whenever I asked for anything. I have now just sold the apartment via the sales team, run by Jake who provided good clear advice from the outset. Oscar the sales broker was diligent throughout and incredibly helpful, going out of his way to ensure the sale completed with the minimum fuss - as was Svetlana, the sales progressor, who would reply to me within minutes of any questions and handles the sale really well. All in all, a great team, and a great service. Well done.

I have had a horrible experience with Maddie Barrington as a tenant.We were presented with a dirty property full of black mold and left to rot with a newborn for two and a half years before eventually having to move out.We faced a sizeable rent increase as well but absolutely no action towards our very serious issue.We have lost thousands of pounds worth of clothes and have had to spend tens of hours emptying our wardrobes in order to wash our clothes again and again.On top of everything we had to pay enormous electricity bills as a result of running several dehumidifiers.Maddie has not been helpful or accommodating.I would recommend to make sure you do not deal with her If you do have to work with wink worth.Edit: In regards to your response, I have put the name of the person there so you should be able to know what office this is. The property is in N1.
