Disappointing service - my friend and I ordered two hot drinks (one of which was £6!) and sat on a very small table, we were practically knee to knee with the tables either side of us. My drink was very very hot - and the mug had no handle, meaning I couldn't actually hold it for about 10 minutes after it was served. Before we'd been able to finish our drinks, a staff member approached us to tell us our time was up because we'd only ordered drinks, and that we had to leave and give the table to other people coming in. She said this to us abruptly and quite rudely, with no apology or politeness. Ate everything because I was starving. But the poached eggs were cold. The salad was as 90% mint and coriander, other than that it was quite nice. The plates/bowls make it almost impossible to use a knife and fork to cut the toast. Which seems a bit counter intuitive. Please get flat plates. No ketchup, which maybe makes me a Neanderthal but it’s a brunch staple for me. Especially because they don’t serve Hollandaise sauce. Only Tabasco. A lovely cafe with a big selection of traditional and some very unusual lattes (lavender, rose). Many alternative milks available (Rude Health), friendly staff and very quick service. We didn't have any of the lunch/brunch menu items, but coffee was lovely, strong and smooth - I had the rose latte, which was more subtle than I imagined it to be. So disappointed as I made a special trip to Farm Girl, South Kensington, based on the brunch menu. Waited an age to be served after being seated - at least 25 minutes. Had to look the menu up on my phone as a menu wasn’t offered or given to me. The food was fine, but served in a chipped bowl and a small portion. Overall it was seriously let down by the lack of customer service. I sat with an empty plate for another 15 minutes. By this point I decided to try paying the bill through a QR code on my table but discovered a 12.5% service charge and additional admin fee on top, neither of which can be removed. So I gave up and paid at the counter, deciding this first visit will be my last. I would have raised my concerns with staff but knew it would be met with the same lack of interest as they had shown throughout. I’ve been here twice the 1st time i ordered the charcoal latte and second time matcha rose latte and the high protein brownies. I preferred the charcoal latte very much i do recommend it with a shot of espresso. The matcha latte was ok and the brownies was dry that i had to swallow it with water. In general the staff is pleasant, welcoming and always smiling. Food presentation is wonderful and the atmosphere is just beautiful especially on a sunny day. I think the place is overrated. You have to wait in line for half an hour to get in, which raises expectations of delicious food. Unfortunately, the breakfast was very mediocre, the omelette was cold, as was the hot chocolate. Most of the ingredients (like those in the salad or dips) were also cold, as if straight from the fridge, making the meal quite unpleasant to eat (it felt rushed and poorly prepared). Honestly, you could easily make something like this at home. As for the service, our waiter essentially forgot about us while we were waiting for drinks and food. Due to a system error, neither the kitchen nor the bar received our order ticket, but the waiter who took our order didn’t seem to care that we were sitting at an empty table for 40 minutes. The situation was saved by a wonderful waitress (from France 🫶). She checked everything, made sure we got our order quickly, and compensated us on the bill. Sunday morning bunch, had to wait 10 mins for a table but when I went to the toilet while waiting, I noticed that there were 2 empty tables in the back room. Not very efficient in seating customers. Cramped tables, service was quick but we only had 45 mins to eat. Staff seemed unenthusiastic. The worse agency to work with

The worse agency and unprofessional to work with, they give you wrong advice to put an offer and they personally decide which offer goes first to the landlord. I asked the agent to see if I have to put in my offer I am willing to go above the rent and also flexible with asked furniture, even offered to pay the rent upfront and was the first to pay the holding deposit and they said no, go with current rent. They came back to me late and said another offer was accepted. So please don’t go with this agency cause they are not faire. Another reason for not trusting this company is that they told me the reason for not being accepted is because as a solo tenant, landlord is worrying about not being able to pay the rent where I put the offer of 10 months upfront and could do 12 as well. So how come a landlord is worrying about 12 months contract and the rent while the tenant is willing to pay the rent upfront. I asked for 24months contract as well and again the agent said the landlord does only 12months. I hope you understand why this agency is not working professionally and not trustworthy at all.

I've not been here for a couple of years, but it used to be such a beautiful experience. This visit, the food was lackluster, in fact, part of the chicken schnitzel sandwich was pink and undercooked. The butterfly matcha tea tasted like slightly flavoured warm milk with no embellishments. It used to be an delicious butterfly tea taste, with dried flower toppers. It was an incredibly disappointing experience to what it used to be. And we brought international guests here to experience what turned out to be mediocre food. Lovely place with outdoor seating. The coffee and fresh mint tea were great. The eggs are really good, you get a super yellow yolk. You can add sides such as mashed avocado which was super tasty. Would honestly prefer to leave a zero star review. We stood outside the cafe from 8:20-8:40am. It supposedly opens at 8:30am. When we knocked and asked if we could sit inside at 8:35 we were denied and told to wait another 5 minutes with zero explanation. I would trust the reviews that state the lack of customer service. Despite being a cold day we weren’t allowed to sit inside even though all tables inside were empty. The staff couldn’t even provide a decent explanation as to why not and so we stayed wrapped up in our coats shivering for the meal, on a wonky broken table. Our food, when it arrived, was not much to rave about. A lovely looking full sandwich was taken to a nearby table; I ordered the gluten free version and received a very sorry looking thinly-filled sandwich, no garnish. And charged £15 for the privilege. I only had a limited time to catch up with my mum so didn’t want to make a fuss but it was disappointing to say the least. And even more so as when we passed by on our to the station half an hour later that the staff were showing people into the warmth indoors.
