GoogleRose latte was delicious, and honestly the best avocado toast I’ve ever had. GoogleGreat food but the service was not great. We were sat for a good 20 minutes before we had to go looking for someone to take our order. In fairness everyone was working flat out, but there was just one young guy just standing around looking bored. He walked passed me a few times and full on ignored me when I tried to speak to him. He had to be directed to us by the woman in charge to take our order. I felt very badly for the other service running around while he just stood at a computer.

GoogleToday’s brunch promised to be nice, we visited natural history museum and were in love with London, unfortunately not everything here is a pleasant surprise. I wanted to order avocados toast from adult menu and 4 dishes from kids menu for my son who is truly a picky eater and we are happy with whatever he eats. And the waiter who took our order was very nice, but his manager came just after he took our order to say that we “can’t order four dishes for one child because you obviously going to eat them as they are pretty big. And it’s not fait to customers”. Exactly this wording. To say I was abashed is a bit of an understatement. Her face was wearing a judgy smirk. Wow. Well lady, we have lived over the world and we do eat out at least once a day almost every single day for a few years now due to this exact same reason, our son is a picky eater. We always order several dishes that we think he might try. and while in an adult menu only restaurant we still order several dishes and we eat all what he refuses upon arrival to the table, it is nice order from kids menu for him to choose. The problem you said was that we are going to eat his food too. Well, should we just throw it away? You said the portions were huge. Okay I will attach the photo of kids schnitzel. Seriously this is big? Our child (4yo) eats three times the size of your schnitzel. And you called it huge. The photo shows a plate where schnitzel is not touched, only broccoli was eaten. We ended up not ordering any more dishes for him only kids menu schnitzel because I wanted to leave without being looked upon as an “abuser” of kids menu. Can you imagine? I could never ever think of such a notion before. As if they serve kids food at a loss? Really? Look at this dish from kids menu for 7£. I don’t think you are doing it a loss considering how much schnitzel is served. Even at your add on in adult menu this schnitzel is offered for 5,5£. So what is the point of this performance? How many restaurants I experienced in my life, but this malignant restaurant experience I have encountered for the first and hopefully the last time. GoogleWe had breakfast here on a morning we were leaving London. We were seated promptly and the place is cosy while the tables are not too close together. We had scrambled eggs on sourdough toast and poached eggs on sourdough toast respectively and both of us had mixed fruit. The eggs were exceptional and the coffee great. GoogleFab little eatery right in the heart of S. Kensington. You could argue all day long about authentic Huevos Rancheros, but that was one of the single tastiest brunch bowls I've had anywhere. Quality ingredients cooked to perfection. Lovely. I'm only knocking a service star off because they forgot my optional sourdough toast, but so did I until I'd finished eating! GoogleI had stalked this place on insta before heading to London, thrilled that it was close by where we were staying, but what a let down, The atmosphere was the only thing that this place had going for it and that's because we sat outside, ordered the Acai bowl and it looked thrown together in a bowl that was chipped on the side, ordered a portion of toast, got a slice of sourdough.. no butter.. who eats dry toast? By the time the butter came (it had to be ordered from the kitchen) the toast was cold... what a let down. GoogleI went to Farm Girl in South Kensington recently for lunch and I had a bad experience. To start with, I waited for a long time standing for someone to acknowledge my presence and lead me to my table. I must have called at least 2 different waiters to get a menu and take my order. I got the Farm Bowl salad with an extra side of feta. As the waiter was bringing the food, he tripped and spilled part of the feta on the floor and the table. He did not apologise, neither did he clean up after his mess. To top it off, I had to ask for cutlery because there wasn't any provided. For the bill, I had to wait for another waiter to notice my presence again, so that was another 10 minutes wasted. GoogleI visited this place a few days ago and was extremely disappointed with the service. The staff was largely inattentive, staff chatting all the time instead of attending to customers. Despite waiting outside to be served, I was repeatedly ignored. Additionally, I observed what appeared to be the “manager”, a lady with brown hair, chatting with another waitress in their native language (Italian). Unfortunately for them, I understood the conversation, which was highly unprofessional. GoogleWent here for brunch with a friend. We waited forever to be seated despite lots of free tables. Unfortunately those weren’t clean, which caused the delay. The staff seemed hurried and skittish. Our coffee was served almost 7 minutes after our food was and it took them quite a while. If it’s busy they should just inform people that the wait could be longer. It wasn’t comfy at all because our table was in the line of the waiting queue and people kept brushing against our table. Unfortunately the portions were super small. The granola + yoghurt was a joke for its price. At least everything tasted alright. GoogleThe staff(I don't know the name but the male waiter) was ignorant. I waited a long time to place an order, and making eye contact with the waiter was nearly impossible. Even the coffee took a long time to arrive. I tried to make eye contact again to ask for the bill, but when that didn’t work, I went to the counter. The barista pointed me out to the waiter, but the waiter still avoided looking at me, moved slowly, and made me wait for a while. Then he came over and told me to return to my table. It was very rude of him to send me back to the table(my table was near the counter btw) as if trying to teach me a lesson, even though I had the POS device in front of me and had been waiting there for a while. GoogleI thought this was a pretty nice cafe! It was lovely in the sun, but we had to wait because it was so busy! The hot chocolate was very bad, but my Spanish latte was tasty and the food was good too. A bit on the expensive side of things but it is South Ken… I don’t have a problem with discretionary service being included in the bill but after scanning the QR code to pay, the website wouldn’t allow me to change the tip - and wouldn’t allow me to pay without adding one. I highly suggest trying the apple pancakes, the portion size is quite generous. My friends opted for savory breakfasts, and the sandwiches were all delicious. You only need to read the rave reviews by other clients to know how professional these agents are. They were exceptionally helpful in all respects especially responding to our requests to see the property a number of times, meeting us on time, every time. We had a number of requests that they communicated to the landlord and which were done for us. The admin flowed exceptionally smoothly with absolutely zero hassle…that can only be achieved when the agents know precisely what needs to be done. Finally, the inventory check and the keys to a spotlessly clean flat were handed over to us. Thank you for the first class service.

GoogleStaff were nice, they took our orders, but 40 minutes go by and we still have not gotten our meals, turns out they had given our meals to another person and said they'd make it now, 10 minutes later, finally got our food, but the food was terrible; the avocado toast came stone cold, burnt, really hard to eat. GoogleIf I could give no stars I would. I waited 15 minutes before asking the table beside me could I look at their menu. I said I'd wait 10 more mins and if no one took my order I was leaving. In total I waited around 25 minutes and left. Nobody came to take our orders but yet one waitress beside me was smoking a cigarette on her break yet many tables waiting to be served. I didn't walk in mid break she literally left for a smoke after ignoring us and the other tables. A joke. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. GoogleThis wasn’t a good service. I went this evening with my mum and we ordered two coffees made with vegetable milk, but they gave us animal milk (when the menu clearly says it’s of coconut). My mother is lactose intolerant and she drank most of it until we realized they got our drinks wrong. It is very difficult to be a bad waiter, and they just didn’t even got bothered about it. A cuisine that tries to be sophisticated and inclusive but the vegetarian and vegan options we tasted were terrible, however consistent with the rest of the cuisine which managed to make even the eggs terrible (not that I'm a culinary luminary but the eggs come on, you have to work hard to make them hurt). The banana and almond on toast was joy-making and the Seoul eggs were tasty but were not piping hot.
