A huge thank you to Syede for his professionalism, positivity, foresight, zeal and the ability to start and finish well. He found a suitable buyer for my property and completed the sale within 6 weeks which gave me the opportunity to secure the home I wanted at the same time. Syede is just a phone call/texts away and never too bored or tired of answering my numerous questions. I really recommend Cole Harding if you are looking for an efficient, effective and trusted estate agent.

We bought a property from Cole Harding and we found that the process was very quick. This was due to several factors, the most important one being that Syede was very efficient, communicative and resolved any issues within a good time frame. Would definitely recommend Syede to aid anyone looking to buy, rent or sell properties through Cole Harding.

Having just bought my property through Cole Harding and successfully moved in yesterday, I am finally sitting down to write reviews. My purchase and lower part of the chain was managed by Syede. This was a complicated chain, involving many months of liaising and resolving multiple obstacles and problems. Without Syede’s hard work and negotiating skills this would not have succeeded. I was particularly impressed by Syede’s manner- friendly, approachable, professional. He even came to the property to hand me the keys on the day! .Many thanks Syede.

For someone with no experience of selling or buying a house the journey was made much more easier than I would have imagined mainly down to the help, support and expertise of the staff at Cole Harding. They went above and beyond, holding our hand every step of the way. My Grandmother decided to move from her home of 37 years to downsize. Naturally this is a daunting experience for anyone, never mind a 87 year old but we could not have made a better choice with our estate agent. They explained every step, successfully managed expectations, and were honest and upfront with every aspect. Communication was BRILLIANT and no point did we feel like things were not in control from their end. Their focus is their client and producing the best results possible for them and it shows through and through. I would highly recommend Cole Hardign for any estate needs. A special thank you to Syede, could not have asked for a more genuine human being that knows their craft. Thank you to the whole team.

A great selling experience After trying to sell our flat with two other better known agents for months with no luck, Cole Harding took on our property, priced it correctly and published great photos of the interior. We had lots of viewings and an offer within a couple of weeks. Syede was a pleasure to work with, professional, proactive and he always showed initiative in order to keep our flat sale process moving. The level of communication was great, we were always kept informed of any issues along the way. He managed to keep all parties involved on track and followed up on any queries in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company to others.

Had a really great experience renting with Cole Harding. Steven, our letting agent, was so friendly and helpful throughout the process. We were a little apprehensive about finding somewhere to rent given the current market, but Steven was so supportive and talked us through exactly what we needed to do to secure our flat, introduced us to our lovely landlady, and has been so quick to respond to us on repairs and any other issues that have arisen throughout the process. Could not recommend this letting agency, and Steven enough, he is very professional and genuine, and if you are a landlord or potential tenant know that you are in safe hands.
