GoogleGreat buying and selling experience with Cole Harding. We bought our Tower Gardens property with them as the estate agents and decided to use them when it came to selling. We acheived asking price in this economic climate which is no mean feat. Syede is professional and clearly knows the local market like the back of his hand.

GoogleExcellent service! Just completed on buying a property and it was great to be able to rely on the experience of Syede Cole. When we had some concerns about the property itself, we were able to view it multiple times and Syede drew upon his list of contacts to inspect various parts and provide free quotes for any work that needed doing. This really helped us plan ahead for the move and put us at ease about proceeding. Any queries were promptly resolved and the move itself went very smoothly. From the outset we were grateful that Syede was easily contactable and straight talking. This not only saved time but took a lot of stress out of the process! 100% recommend!

GoogleSyede has been incredibly helpful and solution-oriented throughout the entire process. For a series of unforeseen and unpredictable circumstances it took us 7 months to complete and in the end we exchanged and completed the day our mortgage offer was about to expire! However, it’s fair to say that we would not have made it without his strenuous support and assistance. I recommend him as he’s a great / hands on and very experienced agent.

Start to finish further more assistance with paper work etc also with meeting and replying back very quickly and taking the stress out of everything bc moving is stressful. GoogleSyede from Cole Harding has helped us so much, first by selling us our first home and then selling this first home for us. He has always been super reliable and has given us a lot of peace of mind, making the whole process extremely easy and worry free. I would recommend Cole Harding to absolutely anyone, and if we decide to sell again, we will most definitely do it through Syede. He also knows the North London market very well and while other big firms would only tell us what we wanted to hear, Syede came very prepared with facts and numbers and was very honest and upfront from the beginning. We would give him 6 stars if we could!
