We recently moved in to a 2 bed room flat managed by Cole Harding. Gavin was so supportive in all the steps from house viewing to our move-in. He has always been quick to respond to queries through Whatsapp. Contract signing and inventory checklist were all done professionally. I’d highly recommend them.

GoogleAs an estate agents I have to praise them. They are on the ball with clients and try to understand the circumstances first. They don't snub their noses and that is paramount to what I hope is their success. I would have bought the home I viewed from their service alone. I do hope I find a property through them as they are definitely an estate agent I would like to purchase a home with. Thank you so much for a pleasant and welcoming experience

GoogleBuying our house through Cole Harding was such a positive experience. Working with Syede and the whole team restored my faith that there are good honest people out there who are motivated by doing the right thing rather than making a quick buck. Syede supported me way more than he had to and was always on the end of the phone to talk me through anything I wasn’t sure of. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cole Harding to my friends and family and will be sure to use them when we next need an estate agent.

GoogleExcellent service over the past 18 months or so. Gavin took my property on and let it out within weeks to great tenants. Syede handled the sale of the same property recently in a tough market. The service, care, patience and professionalism has been perfect and I would highly recommend Cole Harding. They are both go getters and achievers, and truly listen to you and do exactly what you ask of them. I was really impressed and will be back if I need to engage in the property market again in North London Thanks for the great service both. Keep up the good work. It does make a difference.
