GoogleWe found an amazing flat at at a really great price with help of Anthony Pepe Crouch End. Bobbie and Rana were extremely helpful throughout the whole application process. It was so hugely helpful that we only had to show up in the branch to pick up the keys, the Crouch End staff dealt with everything online and via email. They are very professional, very respectful and even took care of registering the utilities and council tax. I can highly recommend Anthony Pepe Crouch End for their amazing service that exceeded our expectations.

GoogleWe recently sold our house in Crouch End through Anthony Pepe and we can't praise them highly enough. After several meetings and valuations with the big, established estate agents, we met Tim Gray from Anthony Pepe and he offered us a competitive and bespoke fee structure. Unlike the other estate agents, who we felt were going through the motions, Tim really thought about what the unique selling points of our property were and advised us well on our target market and pricing. His team immediately put together a well photographed brochure and rightmove site that we were really pleased with. The property sale was launched on a Friday and after some good early interest, we accepted an offer on the Monday. After-sales support by Tim and his colleague Andrea through survey, exchange and completion was excellent. Anthony Pepe also offered up a number of good properties for us to consider buying, listening carefully to our requirements and not wasting our time with properties that we would clearly not be interested in (which was our experience with most of the other estate agents locally). We'd highly recommend Tim Gray and his team if you are selling or buying a property in Crouch End.

I had a really bad experience with lettings in the last 4 years and I was worried I would experience the same things again but the service provided by Loui and Bobbie was outstanding. very professional and quick.
