GoogleI recently took out a tenancy with the help of Loui Panayiotou. I couldn't be happier with my experience. I had a really bad experience with lettings in the last 4 years and I was worried I would experience the same things again but the service provided by Loui and Bobbie was outstanding. very professional and quick. I would not hesitate to recommend Anthony Pepe to friends and family.

GoogleI found them to be very professional. both Josh and Tim were very much involved could not do enough for us and were very much available when we needed them. They were honest and straightforward and very quick to deal with any concerns we had and act on them immediately. I would highly recommend them and would certainly use them again.

GoogleGreat experience letting a place in north London from the initial call and the viewing to signing the tenant agreement and getting the keys to the flat. Both Stefan and Bobbie were amazing and really responsive throughout the whole process. Can't recommend the agency enough, especially with all the sketchy agents out there. Phone calls and emails were answered promptly, Loui was always willing to help, nothing was too much trouble, and he made me feel important. His advice was helpful and honest. Outstanding service.

GoogleWe found Anthony Pepe Crouch End to be very professional and responsive when it came to getting our rental property. We worked with Maria and Bobby mainly and they managed to find us a property, do viewing and have all our paperwork signed in a matter of weeks as well as responding to all repairs and redecorating before we moved in. Really good service.

GoogleIt always puts me off to see companies with loads of clearly fake 5 star reviews. Nonetheless we scheduled a viewing with them. We originally asked for a virtual viewing telling them we lived 2 1/2 hours outside London and that it would be simpler for us. We were told we must do an in person viewing so we scheduled to go the next day. On the morning of our viewing, as we were already on the drive to London we were called and canceled on. We were given the excuse that the “current tenants had tested positive for covid” and they would reschedule once they had tested negative. We thought this particularly odd because the property had been listed as just recently refurbished and vacant. Suffice to say we didn’t wait around for a call back and found a new property, good thing because they never called back to reschedule. Would definitely not recommend using this agent.
