TrustpilotConstant marketing emails, no way to get them to stop
They won't remove me from their mailing list. I receive marketing emails from them despite having clicked 'unsubscribe' in the emails and contacting them direct asking them to remove me. They just keep sending them and it seems there is no way to get them to take me off the list. They clearly don't care.

GoogleIt always puts me off to see companies with loads of clearly fake 5 star reviews. Nonetheless we scheduled a viewing with them. We originally asked for a virtual viewing telling them we lived 2 1/2 hours outside London and that it would be simpler for us. We were told we must do an in person viewing so we scheduled to go the next day. On the morning of our viewing, as we were already on the drive to London we were called and canceled on. We were given the excuse that the “current tenants had tested positive for covid” and they would reschedule once they had tested negative. We thought this particularly odd because the property had been listed as just recently refurbished and vacant. Suffice to say we didn’t wait around for a call back and found a new property, good thing because they never called back to reschedule. Would definitely not recommend using this agent.

GoogleInitially a very good service, booked viewings very promptly and were very responsive with initial enquiries. However it all went downhill when offers were given for properties. Some clear issues with communication in this establishment, there didn’t seem to be clear communication through departments. We were waiting almost 3 weeks for reference checks to happen, which resulted in us not taking the property in the end. We were constantly chasing about updates, and it almost felt like we were prompting them to carry out their duties. There doesn’t seem to be urgency with the agency, and almost feels like they have inexperienced members working for them. When chasing and raising issues, staff expressed the agents were short staffed, so potentially the team are being over worked with a big workload. Overall a very stressful experience, and we will not be using them in the future for property researches.

GoogleI have been very pleased with the time and effort that Josh and Tim put into selling my home in Highbury. They were by far the most motivated and proactive of all the agents I approached. They very quickly found a suitable buyer for a decent price which I was very happy with. Communication was good and there was always a willingness to address any query or anxiety. They are incredibly knowledgeable in their field and clearly enjoy what they do. They even went as far as to help me with my property search in another area and to offer their advice and opinion on a potential purchase. I would highly recommend Anthony Pepe, you will definitely be in safe hands.

GoogleI recently purchased a flat through Anthony Pepe and was extremely impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the team. Paolo Lusardi, in particular, is an excellent facilitator and negotiator, who managed to keep the sale moving despite a number of setbacks during the process - never showing any signs of frustration and maintaining his sense of humour throughout. He really was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely call Anthony Pepe first if I ever needed to sell a property in future.

GoogleWe would highly recommend Anthony Pepe and Tim Gray who we cannot thank enough for his assistance with our purchase. We bought our house in Highbury through Tim and found him to be very dedicated to the sale and always available to talk to. He played a very strong role in the negotiations and in helping us achieve an agreed deal especially under stressful conditions. He was always very patient and incredibly helpful. To our surprise, he even assisted the sellers achieve vacant possession after the exchange of contracts and demonstrated how he went out of his way to get the job done!
