Superb job by Simon and Barry

We’ve been having trouble with the floor flooding and pooling water in our shed. Simon and Barry did a superb job today installing a floor. Both Simon and Barry were exceptionally professional, polite, and friendly. They were very efficient in getting the work done and fixed some other snags too. Simon also gave me great advice about some other DIY projects I need to do. Thank you very much guys!

THE WORSE EXSPERIENC OF MY LIFE

Please stay away from this builder. I'm living my worse nightmare after spending all my saying and lifetime mortgage. A brand new flat, that has more problem than a century old abandoned house! Everything was wrong, from floor, to ceiling. During the first 2 years a had 50 people over hundreds of appointment trying to rectify the issues. Now the latest, a very bad water leaking, in a brand new flat, and obviously being outside the 2 years warranty Hill wash their hands as well Swan the developer. Please don't fall in my situation and go for different option, anything would be better than the quality provided from Hill! I would love to share pictures as wards can't describe it!

Great worker

Today hill group come out to do some repairs on my HA property, I was lucky enough to be sent Raalf Fallaha. Raalf was very polite and helpful I fact he went above and beyond today by helping me with some other things I had wanted help with, he respected my property by removing his shoes without being asked he worked clean and safely which was another respected thing! We chose Hill for its reputation for great customer care and build quality, and overall, our experience has been positive.The buying process was smooth and efficient, special thanks to Maggie and Alan! Now, after living in our new home for three months, we’re extremely pleased with the property.While we did encounter a few snags, some major, most minor, the after-sales support has been great, giving us peace of mind even when things seem to go wrong. Tough Job Satisfactorily Completed by Simon Cowdrey.Several weeks ago, we have been hearing sounds like when a smoke alarm is running out of battery. However, we failed to identify any single alarm in our house making the sounds. Later we found the sounds coming from the loft. After reporting to Hill, no one certainly told us if there would be an alarm on the loft. Then Simon was sent to us.We all know that there is a risk walking on the loft. Without any reservation or hesitation, Simon got a ladder and went up to the loft. As the ventilation there was really bad, he needed to have a mask on for breathing. Before he went up, and when he opened the loft door, almost a hundred of dead flies fell over his head and body! We felt so sorry for that, but he made no complaints or showed no discontent. He even helped to clear up another hundred of dead flies stuck to the loft door. And he continued to go up, identified the smoke alarm, and replaced the battery. He was also very kind to help check if there are any issues on the loft, which we didn't request. After coming down, he taught us how to walk on the loft safely, though not recommended to do so unless needed to.This was definitely a tough job! I witnessed the whole process and have to say, Simon is so great! Thank you very much! We would like to express our thankfulness to him once again.

I can’t speak highly enough of Hill-particularly Richard and Angela, who were so professional, efficient and organised.After 7 months of trying to get very bad damage from damp and mold in my property sorted, my building management company did nothing and would not arrange for anyone to fix the leak, or even investigate it properly.once I contacted Hill, they acted quickly, followed up diligently and did a great job, sorting everything for me when my building management company would do nothing. I finally have the issue sorted and no longer have to live in a damp and moldy flat!
