Found them all to be highly professional and knowledgable of the local area, I've bought a number of investment properties through via them over the past 18 months. GoogleI called numerous times for a flat at Trident house. I was told a video would be sent to me via Whatsaap. I received no video. Then got a call from Sana. Calling me by a different name trying to rent me a £900 apartment. Very careless client service and poor communication.

They also managed the sales progression sensibly and prevented any potential disagreements between both parties. Jas certainly knows the market well and has a great team in place. Slight improvement needed on the sales updates in terms communication whilst the property was under offer but over all an excellent service.
