I recently sold my city centre apartment through LV in what is undoubtedly a challenging market. From the outset and throughout the process, I was extremely impressed by the responsiveness of the LV team, which could generally be measured in minutes rather than hours or days. There was always a point of contact available, with updates via email, text, WhatsApp and crucially over the phone. A special thanks goes to Harry who I can best describe as part tame (and cheerful) alsatian, part therapist. The buyer's solicitors were impressively shambolic and, without Harry's tenacious efforts in chasing on my behalf as well as his kind counsel, we still would not have completed. I would also most likely have lost the plot. I am genuinely hugely grateful for his efforts in driving the sale towards completion.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

The whole team at LV were absolutely fantastic in getting the sale of my property through. The valuation by the owner, the sales team who worked in collaboration with me to ensure viewings were block booked around my availability, and then the follow up work by Aimee and Harry was brilliant. Some difficulties with buyers/mortgages/enquiries were made so much easier by Harry who went out of his way to ensure i didn't have to chase anyone and was always kept up to date. We had 4 weeks to find a new tenant, and Stacey assured us that would be no problem. She found someone almost immediately but due to a work change they pulled out after 2 weeks. She still assured us they would find someone to move in, in 2 weeks. And she did! A great tenant and at a much higher price than we thought we would get. A few minor miscommunications internally but overall happy with the service, and the dealings with Stacey and Arvind were friendly and courteous. Stacey was always available on the phone or if not would call be back very quickly. Would recommend.

I had a very very positive experience with LV Property. I was purchasing a property for the first time and everyone I spoke to was helpful and knowledgeable. The main estate agent I dealt with was Harry Stewart who helped to make something as stressful as buying a property so much easier. I’ve had negative experiences with estate agents in the past but Harry was honest and helpful and not pushy at all. Any questions about the property he was unable to immediately answer, he very quickly found the answer. He also helped to move things along as quickly as possible by consistently following up on anything outstanding, and responding quickly to any queries I had. I am incredibly pleased with the fantastic service I have received and honestly could not recommend them enough.

I rented out my BTL through LV property last September. Stacey was a pleasure to work with and she gave me a good insight about the current market with realistic rental estimates. Her team also managed find me a tenant within just two weeks. Although initial set up costs are high, it's definitely worth it as you don't have to worry about rents since it comes with guarantee :)

We have recently bought a property through LV. The law firms involved made what should have been a relatively simple transaction, a rather tortuous process. Had it not been for Aimee at LV and her tenacity, constant chasing and cajoling I think we would still be going round in circles. Sophie was very unprofessional and rude, I was told continuously that I would receive a call back but my promise self was not fulfilled. My calls and messages were ignored. When finally spoken I was dismissed by Sophie. If you are looking to have clients please find people who are friendly and are able to break down things to potential buyers. However I did speak to a man who was very polite which I think works in the sales department he was very helpful although it was not his department. Thank you.

Having used lv over the last 5 years to manage both my apartments in the mailbox, I recently decided to sell them both via this agency. They have been exceptional over the years with never allowing any void periods on either of my properties and always having tenants ready to move in. Having now sold both properties I can say they not only did they perform and get me an excellent price but they did this whilst managing the expectations of the tenants in both the properties and ensured I didn’t lose any rental. Rav was on point with the sales and Jas has always been available to step in when needed. Superb result! RW
