GoogleAdam from Connells was an absolute godsend for us right from the beginning of our (first) house purchase journey right through until completion. He was a fountain of knowledge and gave us fantastic advice when we came up against problems in the way. 100% would recommend!

GoogleWorst agent ever! Lied about everything! Don't trust them at all and get everything in writing. The will trick you into purchase by telling you lies and will say the vendor has said it! I was buying 76 Sennleys Park in Northfield . They lied about valuation of 255k, bank came in and down valued it to 225 and they had no comparables to support the valuation. Don't trust a single word Carol says!!

Communication is fantastic and things are moving very quickly, unlike other estate agents that I have dealt with in the past. Thank you!

GoogleOver zealous agent called me to book appointment, I wasn't that keen as we not ready to move yet but she was very hard sell so in the end I gave in. Shame I stayed in all day for carol from the Harborne branch to fail to turn up. This company will def not be getting my business when I do choose an estate agent .......

GoogleCan not thank the team (shiv in particular) enough for all the effort they put in when selling my first house. They made everything so easy and using the in-house solicitors and having everything in one place was fantastic as they were able to do the hard work for me. GoogleFrom start to finish Rob and Lucy have been fantastic. Cannot recommend enough. They have been great near exchange too as our solicitors have been quite slow - Rob happily chases things and gets things moving along quickly to get you moved into your new property. She was also able to resolve a legal issue in 48 hours that the solicitor had sat on for 2 weeks. I would definitely recommend

GoogleBad service - it took a year for them to assist me in the house purchase and then they offered me a service whereby they would register me with utility companies which they failed to do. Slow - do not use and if you do avoid Carol at all costs

GoogleThe mortgage advisor was extremely rude and told me to 'come back when I've increased my income or got a better job and then maybe banks would consider loaning me more than £95K.' As a young first time buyer, I felt discouraged and belittled.

GoogleShiv, Lucie and Carol worked as a great team to make the purchase of my first home a very stress free experience. I used the in-house solicitors who were also very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely use Connell's services again.

GoogleEfficient estate agents but hard selling of their attached mortgage services. Selling a lot of property as unofficial auction but unless you have committed to get mortgage from them you bid will not get much attention.

GoogleI have phoned twice about a property in harborne (bentock way) however they have not returned my calls to book a viewing. I wonder if the vendor knows they are not acting in their interest.
