GoogleAbsolutely appalling customer service , rude looks and DISCUSTING none response from Emily the mortgage advisor . Told me she would call and never did . They never answer their phones . You have to ring them yourself have had rude replies from Emily from the start , carol and sam . The only agent who seemed ok was Enzo . But caused a lot of delay when I asked Sam that communication would be nice I was told by him that well we do deal with other people . If that’s how they communicate and treat us then they can Flip off . We are paying in the end for their services they behave like it’s free! Absolutely vile response from all of them only saw 4 in the office . I’m 100% sure they don’t get back to the vendor and are deceiving both buyer and vendor . Please everyone in the harborne area stay clear of these dodgy agents on harborne high steet !

GoogleAbsolutely disgusting people work for them. They’ve wasted my 10 weeks by keeping me on hold, sold the house somewhere else without informing me! My offer was top of the rank. I wish the vendor can see this(76 jiggins lane) When I tried to get in touch they were sorry… sorry doesn’t mean anything breaking someone hope and playing with someone it’s not nice it’s heartless act.. DON’T GIVE SOMEONE FAKE HOPE

GoogleNot satisfied at all. The agent booked the viewing and after 10 days, I was told that I have to make offer first and then we can allow you to view the house. That’s hilarious request, how I can put offer on the house without Viewing. Not professional at allNegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleLucie put a lot of work into helping me secure my mortgage. She gave me lots of valuable advice and helped me eventually secure my property after a lot of things kept cropping up on my part! I would definitely use Lucie again when I decide to move and would recommend her to others!

GoogleWe moved into our house a little over 2 months ago. we had an amazing experience with the Connells team. Lucie the mortgage adviser has been amazing, she has made the purchase of our first home so smooth as we was also expecting our little girl. The whole team have helped us get the purchase of the property from Rob and Sasha who met us at the house when we needed to view it to Lucie for sorting out all the things we didn't understand to do with the mortgage. We cannot thank you enough for all your help.

GoogleHorrible people to work with, their branch manager is rude and patronising. They are only interested in you and your viewing requests or offers if you go through sign up with their mortgage adviser.

GoogleWould highly recommend sasha and the rest of the team at Connells Harborne. Sasha dealt with my enquiry from start to finish, from booking me in a viewing, to booking me to have the correct mortgage advice for my purchase. If not for Sasha’s reassurance, advise and patience we wouldn’t of got our dream home as easily as we did! would 1000% recommend there services so go ahead and contact their team if you’re ever thinking of moving in the future!

GoogleWe recently decided to buy a new house. We found the one we wanted but as first time buyers, we had no idea what the steps to take were or how to go about it. We came here and spoke with Lucie, who was absolutely fantastic in helping us. She kept in constant communication with us and really helped settle our nerves. She explained everything with patience and ease making all of our decisions much easier to make.
