GoogleHaving recently rented a buy-to-let property through DW Smith I have found them to be a pleasure to deal with. Very helpful and reasonably priced when it has come to dealing with repairs and maintenance through their contractors. Their advice on the market and guidance in purchasing and letting the property has been instrumental in making the investment. I would have no hesitations in recommending DW Smith.

GoogleEXTREMELY HELPFUL AND RESPONSIVE I had cause to contact D W Smith and Co following the recent unexpected passing of my father. The staff were truly excellent and understanding of the situation my brother and I had found ourselves in. They gave us plenty of time to vacate the property and returned my father's deposit without question. GoogleAs a first time buyer, you are offered a lot of advice from friends and family about estate agents and solicitors. Whilst our solicitors, were slow and sometimes hard to contact, Karen at DW Smith was always available to offer help and advice. Without her, our first purchase might even have fallen through - so thank you!

GoogleRubbish company - waited 5 days for a call back, phoned again said they would phone following morning as no one works after 4.30pm. This also failed . With a possible 4 properties for sale (around £2ml) I'm sure the boss of this company will not be happy after spending all this money on advertising. Mike Toman

GoogleWe were tenants with DW Smith for 3 years and not once had an issue with them. I have moved atleast 10 times and can say they are the best agency I've dealt with. GoogleAs first time buyers we've dealt with some awful estate agents in the BS5 area. DW Smith gave us a more pleasant, professional experience.
