GoogleUnprofessional agency
Agent replied · 5 June 2023
I am sorry that you have felt it necessary to call us 'unprofessional' and give us a one star review for something that is beyond our control. We had been asked by the tenant of the property you were interested in if she could leave early. We advertised and carried out several viewings at the property, one of which was with yourselves. You subsequently agreed to take the property and paid your tenancy application fee. On letting the existing tenant know that we had secured new tenants, she informed us that she now no longer wished to move. We informed you straight away and refunded your tenancy application fee instantly. Therefore to call us unprofessional is unfair and unfounded. We understand your frustration and hope you will understand ours as we have spent some time and effort unnecessarily and our only end result is a poor review from yourselves. I am happy to discuss the matter further if you require any further clarification. David Smith

FacebookSuper unhelpful and wouldn’t allow me to get my half back on a deposit. Will avoid in future.
