Mr Datoo, I have noted your recent post and your accusations concerning your claims at Oliver Road, Hampton Vale. As the managing director for TP I take all social media reviews seriously. I have personally checked all recorded telephone calls in relation to the property since it was advertised, all electronic communication and all records held on our Customer Relationship Management System. I have found: A request to complete a viewing at Oliver Road, Hampton Vale, Peterborough via our web-site on the 10/11/2019 at 10.19pm. You left your mobile number and email address. You contacted us though our web chat service on the 11/11/2019 at 9.45am. You chatted with Alfred via our chat facility and asked if the property on Oliver Road was still available. You left only your email address for us to contact you back. Alfred forwarded the message to myself. I (Mike Matthews,) emailed you on the 11/11/2019 at 10.05am and advised you that an offer had been accepted on the property the previous week (6/11/2019) and solicitors had been instructed. I asked if there was another property that your would like to view and gave you my office number so that you could call us. You replied at 10.49am thanking me for getting back to you and saying you would be back in touch. All our electronic communications are stored and cannot be deleted and all of our inbound calls are recorded. You have also not made any offers on any property with ourselves, including the property at Oliver Road, Hampton Vale. You state however that you have spoken to the vendor of the property who confirmed to you that she was not made aware of your offer to us. I therefore asked my sales director to check with the vendor at Oliver Road if they had spoken to a member of the public about your claim. Our vendor have confirmed that they, the vendor, received no personal contact from a member of the public at any point as you described in your review. I’m sure my vendor will supply a signed statement confirming this if required. You have not attempted to contact a director of our business to use our complaints procedure. In addition we are a member of the property ombudsman and no attempt has been made to contact them. This is peculiar as your review accuses us of breaking the law by not forwarding an offer on a property we advertised for sale. Interestingly we did receive offers on this property after agreeing a sale. The couple in question put forward 2 improved offers above the originally agreed purchase price, that was agreed on the 6/11/2019. The first on the 10/11/2019 and a second on the 12/10/2019 however on both occasions these were turned down by the vendor and the vendor honoured the original accepted offer from the original buyer. The couple who offered the improved terms viewed the property prior to an agreed sale on the 6/11/2019 and had originally been out bid at this point in time. All parties have documented correspondence to this effect. I am happy to share this information with the consent of the parties involved. Once an offer is accepted we will not complete further viewings unless instructed by the vendor. The vendor did not want any further viewings after the 6/11/2019. This included your own request. We are under no legal obligation to provide a viewing to a third party once a property has been SSTC. I welcome the opportunity to discuss this further with you on (01733 592020) as I’m unsure of the reason for the review after investigating the post, except that it seems you were unable to purchase a property that interested you due to a previously agreed sale?
