FacebookVery professional from first contact through to completion. Always there to answer any questions, be it face to face or over the phone. The whole team works together to sell your property rather than in-fighting over it, which is refreshing to see.
We also looked over all our related paperwork and ended up almost halving the cost of insurances, etc for better, more appropriate policies. Everything fully explained and we felt like all the options were laid out in front of us to choose from.
Highly recommend them and will definitely use them again (not just yet as we've not long moved in ;) ).

Mr James,
Unfortunately with this particular property that you requested to view, we had over 30 viewing requests. Viewings had been conducted a day after the property had been advertised with other prospective tenants ahead of your own remote viewing request.
With your more unconventional circumstances, none of the information you provided meets the criteria in accordance with our credit referencing process. We emailed you a copy of our tenant referencing handbook on 27/08/21 in order to assist with this. Although you confirmed that the income you receive is above the amount required for the property the income itself has to be verified.
We spoke to our referencing partner to see if you could be referenced in an alternative way. They confirmed that they would be willing to take a UK tax return, however this has not been supplied. It is also company policy not to take advanced payments in the form of a 6 month or 12 month advance.
I'm sorry that we were unable to assist you in placing an application on this property on this occasion.
