Benham has been helping me to find suitable tenant and set an appropriate rental fee that the tenant feels agreeable and I feel satisfied. Each time they find me professional tenants to rent the apartments. Thank you letting agent Dele Laeal to deal with the new tenant for me. I feel happy to have a good tenant. Thanks. Benham also look after the apartment utilities and perform inspections of the apartment to allow the tenant feels comfortable to live there. Thanks again too.

Benham and Reeves were awful and it was a horrible experience dealing with the property management team and nothing was ever dealt with correctly. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. OR RECOMMEND THEM Katrina was my property manager and she was unprofessional and not helpful and they still have not returned my deposit after 5 weeks when the Landlord gave instruction to return it immediately It's now 5 weeks and she has still got my money.Often I had to pay for problems in the flat to be resolved myself and they never send the real tradesmen.

60 days after vacating and not a penny of our deposit has been returned not even the undisputed portion. We were model tenants with no issues throughout our tenancy, yet Benham & Reeves are withholding our entire deposit over normal wear and tear and an unissued third-party gas bill they admit they cannot control. Formal legal notice has now been issued. Tenants: know your rights under the Tenancy Deposit Scheme before renting through them.
Hi Sanjyukta We're sorry to see this here as we are already in touch with you about the conclusion of this. The tenancy end date was 6 March. The check-out report was sent to you 10 March. There is a dispute over deductions, so negotiations have been ongoing. You have now provided your final gas account so rest assured we will process a return once the deductions are agreed by all parties, as is standard practice within current lettings law. - Emily, B&R

Not only did she respond quickly, she also tried her best to accommodate our special needs, including meeting at inconvenient time periods to suit our time schedules, and providing useful advices on refurbishments and other utilities. Moving house can be a nightmare, but Rahim at Benham and Reeves made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Rahim was a professional, efficient, and had the right amount of empathy. He was patient and available to answer our questions (and believe me, we had a lot!).Rahim understood exactly what my husband and I were looking for in a new home.
