Helpful professional team for house sale

David and the team managed the successful sale of our house. They had excellent communication and regularly kept us up to date. They responded well to queries and made the whole process as smooth as possible. Even before our house was fully on the market (it was previously rented out) David had viewers for it and we received an offer. The whole process from putting on the market to completion took only just over 3 months which we were delighted with. We recommend this helpful team.

We have had the unfortunate experience…

We have had the unfortunate experience of our rental property being transferred to Bourne Estate Agents. Since the transition, we've encountered significant challenges in getting any issues with the property addressed. Our attempts to reach out through phone calls and emails have been met with silence, leaving us in a frustrating situation. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Regrettably, we cannot recommend Bourne Estate Agents in good faith based on our experience.

I have currently sold and purchased through Bourne estate agents in Alton. I have previously used Bourne in the past and like always their customer service and efficiency is fantastic. My local estate agent was Roanna Ferne who I would highly recommend to anyone. Roanna went above and beyond to ensure that the sale and purchase of my properties went through in quick succession. Roanna was always there to answer any questions that we didn’t understand and always updated us on the process as well as working around myself and my partners working hours to make sure we could view properties with ease. I will be definitely using Bourne in the future and as stated previously would recommend Bourne and Roanna to anyone that is looking to sell or buy on the market.

Andrew and his team enabled us to complete on the sale of my mother-in-law's bungalow in Alton. From the start, Andrew was very enthusiastic about the property and its location and this was a primary factor in appointing Bourne, as other estate agents were also very interested but maybe not quite as excited at the prospect. The professional advice that he offered surprised us but he turned out to be 100% right: the bungalow was sold to a family who fell in love with the plot rather than the developer we had imagined would buy it. This was an unexpected - but considerably better - outcome and we are grateful to Bourne for enabling it. Andrew, Gemma and team were very responsive to all of our calls and emails throughout the sale process and proved to be effective conduits between the buyers and ourselves, on the tiny matters as well as the huge. Blown away by the level of hard work provided by Bourne (with special thanks to Phoebe) during our house sale. From the start they were absolutely brilliant, with lots of viewings booked in and getting helpful feedback after each. After accepting an offer we were kept well informed and given guidance where needed (our first time selling a property). Towards the end, when the transaction became quite stressful, the support to myself and the work put in by Phoebe was amazing. I’m sure that without her, it still wouldn’t have gone through.
