Yes they were friendly but if anything come up, they don't do a good job protecting tenant. I rented my first flat in London with them. Only got the lease signed after 2 weeks I have moved in. Until I moved out then I realized: They didn't have pictures of the property when I moved in and didn't inspect the place with me when I left. They let the landlord says whatever he wants and let him trying to keep parts of the deposit without solid evidence. Then threaten me with strong words saying that I left the property in the condition that was "unacceptable" without any proof, just some pictures the landlord sent them after I returned the keys. Was being vague when I asked them if they really know the condition of the property before and after. Eventually they have admit that they actually weren't fully aware of the condition of the property the moment I moved in. I got some money back eventually but the whole process was very, very unprofessional. Good luck!

Paul dealt with my parents based in Ireland who were selling a house in the UK, due to covid everything was dealt with over the phone and by post/email. The whole process was made easier by Paul as he dealt with everything efficiently and in a timely manner. We wouldn't hesistate to recommend this estate agent to anyone who was looking for a reliable team of people to deal with their house conveyencing.

Really good agency. Very professionnal. I stayed in a house which was managed by Savoy during 15 months and everything was always fine. First day, Florian Valette, real estate agent working for Savoy that I highly recommend, helped me to bring my stuff from the van to the room. Then, whenever there was a problem at home, Savoy always send someone very quickly. They are working with Pavol, a guy who can fix many thing and when he can't, they call a professionnal company which usually comes the next day. You can be confident.

By chance popped into Savoy on the way to the station, Spoke with Florian who luckily had the perfect place to show us. was shown around the property he went above and beyond to show me all the perks of the place and a few things that i should know which i should take into consideration. Best service i have had from a management company and by far better than any estate agent i have ever used.

I have been with Savoy property consultants for a full year at a house in East Acton and I can say that's the best experience with an estate agency I have got so far. They quickly help you with the problems you meet at your property and they really care if everything is alright. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a place in West London.

Terrible Service. Lead you on, they cancel your viewings last minute until, they claim the property is gone. Absolutely horrible service.

C · 25 October 2022

Agent replied · 24 October 2024

Apologies for this, but we do not seem to have you on our system under that name. Any appointments which are cancelled would only be because the property is no longer available or at the landlords request. We have not cancelled anyone last minute on our system at the time of this review, which has lead us to believe this is a malicious and fake review against our business. If this is not the case, I would kindly ask you to call our office and we will be more than happy to help. Kind regards

Salam Aftab. Sorry to hear you have had a bad experience, but It is not with this agency as we do not have you anywhere on our system. We are Savoy Property Consultants and we are based in East Acton W12. We are also an independent agency and do not have any other branches. There is a couple of agencies with a similar name based in the Southall area. Kindly make sure this is the case and if you can kindly remove the review as this is not the agency you have dealt with, many thanks and if there is anything in the East Acton Area we can help you with, please let us know. Kind regards.
