GoogleMuhsen was amazing! The best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. Found me the property and helped me through the renting process in the most efficient and effortless way possible. Muhsen and his team are both very friendly, honest and had great communication. Overall the they are excellent at their jobs and care about their clients. He went above and beyond making this process much easier!

GoogleI had a superb experience securing a one bed through Savoy and would definitely recommend them. The whole process from me seeing the property on their website to me getting the keys to move in took less than a week. Special shout out to Muhsen for all the support throughout the process.

GoogleThey pretend to be nice and helpful so had property advertised property sale with them and it wasn't getting much interest. Then a month later had someone knock on my door telling me that they had been trying to view the property and called these frauds many times but not only they rarely answer, but they told him that the property was already on offer, but I hadn't received any offers and kept being told not viewings! I changed agent immediately and sold within 3 weeks! I don't know why they do this, but probably to lead the sellers on until they get a buyer to offer the agent some incentives before they present offer to the seller. And look at their reviews - the majority fake and they attack any reviewers pretending they don't know who are they and report them. AVOID at all costs because they will lead you on for months and if you see the other properties they have on sale, they have been unsold for a very long time.

GoogleMany times I have been told that agencies are trying to rip you off, and I have always replied that mine is different. Savoy is almost a family to me, they are always available and if there is a problem they solve it as quickly as possible. I had the same house with 2 different agencies, in the first year we had many problems and we had to wait weeks for get little fix done. Then the second year Savoy took over, and immediately we noticed the difference. They fixed all the small problems immediately and in more serious cases they organize the work always taking into account our priorities. Thanks Christie and Tommy for putting up with us this past year! And I thank Yasir that helped me find my perfect new room. You guys are the best! I definitely recommend Savoy!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleI recently bought a house in East Acton through Savoy and they have been excellent. It was a complicated and long drawn out process and Paul made it as stress free as possible. Always contactable and friendly, he did not show it to any other buyers even when my first mortgage fell through. Paul and Tommy are very trustworthy and considering that this happened during a pandemic it is an absolute credit to them that it happened at all. GoogleFake reviews by same people on every other platform BE AWARE! A bunch of uneducated cowboys robbing tenants. Very unprofessional and exaggerated fees reaching up to +300 pound sterling. They ask you to pay their fees before doing anything else. They better comply with the new tenant act coming into effect on the 1st June19. (banning all agency fees taken from tenants) . Otherwise, I'll be the first person to report this crooked business.

We are based in East Acton, and we have not charged any tenants any fees since the the tenant fee ban in 2019, which is LAW & CLEARLY stated on our website. We also do not have any record of you enquiring about any of our properties. GoogleDon't make any plans as they can surprise you in a bad way at the last minute! Everything was arranged a week in advance so that me and my fiance would go to the agency to pay the deposit and sign the paperwork. Agency contacted me THE DAY BEFORE to say that the flat had been rented by SOMEONE ELSE! We had stopped looking for other places as we really liked the flat and agency agreed with our move in date and also agreed to wait until we were both available to attend the appointment together (I did ask if one of us could go on an earlier date to secure the flat. The answer was we should go together as there was a questionnaire to answer. I understand that, but I could have paid the deposit before and we would both go to fill in the forms later. It would have avoided all the stress). Now we are going abroad to get married and will have no place to move in together on our return due to the lack of professionalism of this company. Agent offered to show us other properties. What for? To have the same disappointment again? Or should we bring deposit, a month's rent and agency fees in cash on the day of the viewing to secure a flat? No, thank you!

GoogleGreat Estate Agency - I would really recommend them. I was with them for about 9 and they were great the whole of the time I was with them. If I had any issues they would resolve them straightaway. When I first moved in the property I was downstairs and a few years later because I preferred to be upstairs they allowed me to move upstairs however, my friend let me down so Tommy and his colleague helped me move my stuff upstairs which they didn't have to do. Even once when I thought I left my hair straighteners on they went around to my flat (which was around the corner) to check they were off. They all amazing people that work there and I have never known such a great service from an estate agency. It was quite sad that I had to leave them as I was moving to a different area.
