Yasir helped us with the sale of our property, he was attentive, proactive and professional. He kept us up to date at every milestone and touched based with us regularly. We chose a local firm as we thought they will have better knowledge of the area and the market. It’s our first sale so we had lots of questions which Yasir answered very helpfully. He worked hard to bring in viewings even when the market was a little slow. We would wholeheartedly recommend Yasir, he did a fantastic job for us!

Renting with Savoy has been great. Muhsen was one of the best agents I've met in London. Savoy seemed very interested in their tenants wellbeing and resolved most issues very quickly. The only issue I've had was that the heating was on a strange timer, which meant the flat got really cold at times. I flagged it multiple times, but despite sending people to look at the boiler, it wasn't ever properly resolved. Possibly tho, this was a deeper issue with the building or the building owner.

I’ve been trying to book a simple house viewing for over a week, and still haven’t had a call back. i’ve called them 5 times and everytime it is the same song - they will call me back. If it takes this long just to arrange a viewing, I can’t imagine how poor the communication would be once you’re actually a client. Really disappointing level of service and a rather rude attitude on the last call when I've shared my frustration.
