GoogleDon't make any plans as they can surprise you in a bad way at the last minute! Everything was arranged a week in advance so that me and my fiance would go to the agency to pay the deposit and sign the paperwork. Agency contacted me THE DAY BEFORE to say that the flat had been rented by SOMEONE ELSE! We had stopped looking for other places as we really liked the flat and agency agreed with our move in date and also agreed to wait until we were both available to attend the appointment together (I did ask if one of us could go on an earlier date to secure the flat. The answer was we should go together as there was a questionnaire to answer. I understand that, but I could have paid the deposit before and we would both go to fill in the forms later. It would have avoided all the stress). Now we are going abroad to get married and will have no place to move in together on our return due to the lack of professionalism of this company. Agent offered to show us other properties. What for? To have the same disappointment again? Or should we bring deposit, a month's rent and agency fees in cash on the day of the viewing to secure a flat? No, thank you!

Platon, my lettings agent, has been very friendly, and responsive, which made things much easier. Overall, I am happy with the service and would recommend them.

GoogleGreat Estate Agency - I would really recommend them. I was with them for about 9 and they were great the whole of the time I was with them. If I had any issues they would resolve them straightaway. When I first moved in the property I was downstairs and a few years later because I preferred to be upstairs they allowed me to move upstairs however, my friend let me down so Tommy and his colleague helped me move my stuff upstairs which they didn't have to do. Even once when I thought I left my hair straighteners on they went around to my flat (which was around the corner) to check they were off. They all amazing people that work there and I have never known such a great service from an estate agency. It was quite sad that I had to leave them as I was moving to a different area.
