It wasn't easy to find a flat but the team at Marsh & Parsons done their best to get us a flat within our budget and other criteria. Due to the really busy market, things were a bit stressing but we feel very lucky to have dealt with them !
They followed up with us frequently by calls which is much easier than emails.
That says a lot about how they take care of their customers

GoogleLiving downstairs to a property they rent. Complained about the noise.They are extremely rude and arrogant and do not care one bit for anyone. All they care about is renting out the properties to anyone willing to pay and no way shape or form care how it effects anyone else. When you raise a complaint they pass on the buck to someone else and have to calling different departments. You need to speak to 7 / 8 people and if your lucky get through to the right person, even so they do nothing. It's all an act for potential clients. Totally unprofessional.....you should see the state the tenants leave the property / communal areas etc. Shambles!!
