Our Askew Road office, which opened in March 2014, is located in the heart of Askew Village, with Shepherds Bush to the east, Wendell Park to the west and Ravenscourt Park to the south. Working closely with our neighbouring Brook Green office, the team offers residential sales and lettings services in the Askew Road and surrounding area, including Acton, Shepherds Bush, Bedford Park, Chiswick, Ravenscourt Park, Wendell Park and Brackenbury Village. This booming area of West London offers a diverse range of property; from stunning family houses overlooking Wendell Park with their large gardens to architecturally designed maisonettes just a stone's throw from the vibrant Shepherds Bush market. The boutique-style shops and culinary delights appeal to all and the largest shopping centre in London is on the doorstep. With some of the best in London, families are also attracted by the stunning open spaces of Ravenscourt Park, which makes W12 and the surrounding areas one of West London's hot spots.

GoogleSal was incredibly professional, he was quick to update me on what was happening and was able to find a serious buyer so the sale was a quick and efficient process, he was a pleasure to deal with. Callum was very enthusiastic, and helped organise and conduct nearly 50 viewings for the property. They dealt with any questions or issues from the buyer directly, and were able to chase up solicitors on my behalf. Overall was a very stress free process and I have recommended to my neighbours to sell with Marsh and Parsons in Acton.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleCharlie & Paul in lettings are a top team in the area. They know their market very well and as such, are truly value additive to both landlords and tenants.
