About Marsh Hammersmith and Fulham
Our Askew Road office, which opened in March 2014, is located in the heart of Askew Village, with Shepherds Bush to the east, Wendell Park to the west and Ravenscourt Park to the south. Working closely with our neighbouring Brook Green office, the team offers residential sales and lettings services in the Askew Road and surrounding area, including Acton, Shepherds Bush, Bedford Park, Chiswick, Ravenscourt Park, Wendell Park and Brackenbury Village. This booming area of West London offers a diverse range of property; from stunning family houses overlooking Wendell Park with their large gardens to architecturally designed maisonettes just a stone's throw from the vibrant Shepherds Bush market. The boutique-style shops and culinary delights appeal to all and the largest shopping centre in London is on the doorstep. With some of the best in London, families are also attracted by the stunning open spaces of Ravenscourt Park, which makes W12 and the surrounding areas one of West London's hot spots.

Marissa's first contact was great as she listened to my requirements and made me feel like she cared. Having spoken to a few agents, Marissa was the only one to do this. Then most importantly, she showed me some great places that filled my requirements bang on. So a great experience all round. Thanks again

Both Marissa & Josh went above and beyond their duties, always ready to show us other/better properties, spent time with us while we debated through options and constrains. GoogleWe had a wonderful experience working with Klaudia Marsh Parsons ,the first phone call, she was extremely professional and kind. She listened carefully to all the details of what we were looking for, and truly made us feel heard and supported throughout the entire process. What really impressed us was how she went above and beyond, on the day we met, she surprised us by asking if we had more time because she had found two or three more properties that matched exactly what we were looking for. And she was absolutely right! Each house reflected the details we had shared with her. Unfortunately, our offer on one of the homes wasn’t accepted due to the price, but if it had been up to klaudia, we would already be in our new home. We were ready to buy, and she was ready to make it happen. Thank you, klaudia, for your dedication, attention to detail, and genuine care. You are truly amazing at what you do!
