Our Askew Road office, which opened in March 2014, is located in the heart of Askew Village, with Shepherds Bush to the east, Wendell Park to the west and Ravenscourt Park to the south. Working closely with our neighbouring Brook Green office, the team offers residential sales and lettings services in the Askew Road and surrounding area, including Acton, Shepherds Bush, Bedford Park, Chiswick, Ravenscourt Park, Wendell Park and Brackenbury Village. This booming area of West London offers a diverse range of property; from stunning family houses overlooking Wendell Park with their large gardens to architecturally designed maisonettes just a stone's throw from the vibrant Shepherds Bush market. The boutique-style shops and culinary delights appeal to all and the largest shopping centre in London is on the doorstep. With some of the best in London, families are also attracted by the stunning open spaces of Ravenscourt Park, which makes W12 and the surrounding areas one of West London's hot spots.

GoogleIn the cut throat world of london rental property agents Ayah from marsh and Pearsons askew road stood out as an exceptionally helpful and talented agent. Why? 1. She carefully listened to my requirements and only showed me relevant properties 2. She was helpful and supportive in putting forward my application 3. When one of her colleagues from another branch of marsh and Pearson tried to gazump us in the rental she was transparent and even when the landlord had a last minute request she helped sensibly navigate that. She was friendly and responsive and made me feel supported at every stage of the rental process. She is an exceptional professional and talented rental agent in a sea of semi competent sharks.
