About Marsh Hammersmith and Fulham

Our Askew Road office, which opened in March 2014, is located in the heart of Askew Village, with Shepherds Bush to the east, Wendell Park to the west and Ravenscourt Park to the south. Working closely with our neighbouring Brook Green office, the team offers residential sales and lettings services in the Askew Road and surrounding area, including Acton, Shepherds Bush, Bedford Park, Chiswick, Ravenscourt Park, Wendell Park and Brackenbury Village. This booming area of West London offers a diverse range of property; from stunning family houses overlooking Wendell Park with their large gardens to architecturally designed maisonettes just a stone's throw from the vibrant Shepherds Bush market. The boutique-style shops and culinary delights appeal to all and the largest shopping centre in London is on the doorstep. With some of the best in London, families are also attracted by the stunning open spaces of Ravenscourt Park, which makes W12 and the surrounding areas one of West London's hot spots.

Terrific twice over - as letting and management agents and then, when we came to sell the flat, as estate agents. This was a small property which will have earned them little - and the sale was complex - yet their attention to detail, energy and courtesy was as if we were selling a multi-million pound home. This is a new agent in Acton. I was pleased to meet Salim, Seren and Callum. They have all been extremely professional, customer focused, friendly, and communicate effectively as a brilliant team. They introduced me to an ideal cash buyer and were able to negotiate a mutually good sale price with the purchaser.
