I have known Sharn from Marsh and Parsons for several years having rented my flat in Glazbury Road via her and continually re letting it via her and Marsh and Parsons regardless of it being marketed by other agents. She has always been incredibly professional, efficient and personable which in a maize of many competitive estate agents is not always the case. She is always constant and always helpful ensuring she negotiates the best deal for the tenant as well as the landlord. I cannot recommend Sharn more highly and it is a relief to know I can always contact her for any assistance I need.

Word to the wise regarding M&P

I have had multiple challenges working with this letting agent and and would not recommend them as a tenant. They look out for their landlord clients and make a pretty penny doing it. Even my landlord said their fees are high. The staff changes frequently and there was a lot of pressure for me to bid high and do a long tenancy to get a flat I ended up having to leave early as they neglected to put in a break clause which was very expensive for me and very lucrative for them. Max Davis and Roy Khan were very helpful though, but make sure you read the fine print before you sign anything as it may come back to bite you!

Arguably the worst agents in London. Don't even think of working with these people. They are nice and useful until you sign, after that they are not just useless, but will ignore you, make your life hell and purposely sabotage your peace. Also not a one person in the staff sort of thing. Disgraceful these bunch are still in business.
