GoogleI had the pleasure of dealing with Gosia Podgorska recently. She was really exceptional. I’ve lived in the area for 15 years and dealt with many agents and had a range of experiences, and this was at the top. Moving house and finding a new home is an incredibly stressful process, and it was a particularly stressful time for me for other reasons. She was so empathetic and kind, pro-active, seamless in her communications, gave me excellent advice, understood my needs and concerns, and managed to get everything done in two days from viewing to signed agreements. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you for your help.

Marsh & Parsons is incapable to the point of gross negligence. Avoid at all costs, tenants and landlords alike. Achieving anything on the paperwork side requires hours of chasing them and months before seeing any results.The lack of attention from maintenance is dangerous. Our CEILING COLLAPSED and we are being told to wait until Monday and that there is nothing they can do. The agency is rife with “that’s not my job” to the point of risking the safety of their tenants. Our home is unsafe to live in and all they have done is send an email.Do not take the risk of living in one of their homes. If there is an emergency, they are not equipped to deal with it at the appropriate level. This is dangerous.M&P should not be allowed to continue as a letting agent while they continue with this level of negligence and complete disregard for their clients. Unacceptable.

TrustpilotThe worst estate agents I have ever dealt with
As other posts say, estate agents are estate agents but my experience with Marsh and Parson has been awful. They will tell you barefaced lies to your face without even blinking an eye. They try and get you to spend money when you haven't even got a confirmed offer. When you want an update from them they go incommunicado on you - however they hunt you down like a dog when they want something from you. And lastly, they are plain rude when they don't hear want they want from you.

We have been dealing with Marsh & Parsons as renters for almost two years now and they are absolutely terrible. There is no urgency for any request even if it is something important such as the heating being broken for days, they seem completely incompetent at dealing with anything and have horrible communication. Our landlords are clearly frustrated with them but I'm sure it is a hassle to change. Avoid!!!!
