GoogleFantastic agency! So responsive, helpful and supportive: from flat viewings, securing property for several years and exiting. Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had with a letting agency in London.

GoogleLondon Estates has provided me with excellent boutique, responsive and personalised services. John is extremely professional, knows the market, is very straight forward and honest. Unlike other agencies which promise the moon to get one's business, London Estates is "what you see is what you get" right from the beginning and they deliver!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleLondon Estates has been amazing. I can't fault them. Having dealt with many difficult estate managers in the past, I can honestly say that everyone at London Estates is lovely. Whenever we've had an issue or a broken part, they've sent someone round within two hours. We've never waited more than 24 hours to have an issue resolved, even when they needed to order specific parts!

GoogleI had a great experience with London Estates. After renting with other agents in the past, I can say London Estate is different and far better than any others. John, Lily and Ioana are lovely and extremely helpful. If you are looking for flats in West London, I highly recommend them!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleHaving recently moved to London, we had all sorts of bad experience with other agencies. Unlike many other agents we dealt with, John genuinely listened and showed us exactly what we wanted (if not better). We had a tight deadline to move in to the flat and the London Estate team (John, Lily and Iona) made it happened. Always very transparent with the process and responsive. I would highly recommend working with London Estates!

GoogleFirst class independant agents who provide premier class customised service. Nothing is too much to accomodate and the team work harder than any agency to find top quality tenants. Have worked for years with John and his team and would highly recommend their services.

GoogleBest Agency in London by far! Dealt with many different agencies, and the level of commitment and efficiency London Estates provides is unmatched. When facing any issues, even during weekends, they would get on top of it within 24 hours. I can't recommend enough the team working at London Estates and how accommodating they are.

GoogleLondon Estates are 5 stars+, I would highly recommend. They have managed our flat since 2016, so glad we’re in safe hands. Throughout, John and his team have been consummate professionals, so helpful, supportive and nothing too much trouble.

GoogleLondon Estates is a great estate agency located in Hammersmith area; the staff is professional, kind and attentive and they often go beyond their duties (e.g. to help you dealing with plumbers, cleaners, even though by contract they don't directly manage the properties, and so on). My partner and I can witness a great stay experience with them and we definitely recommend to others.
