GoogleI have been a tenant of London Estates for 3 years, and can honestly say it’s been the best renting experience EVER. Anca & Ioana are the best property managers in the business. They are super-efficient and so caring when it comes to looking after their tenants, and it was truly an amazing experience. The property was amazing; they always went the extra mile to provide help and support. 5 stars for their total professionalism and expertise. When I return from my travels, I will 100% be speaking to them for my next home.

GoogleWe have been their tenants for 5 years! Would have continued if we didn’t move out of London. On our first stay, the team swiftly changed our mattress when requested to do so and also bought a brand new boiler when old one wasn’t working. Help is always at hand when needed. Thank you for your professionalism and maintaining an open communication -John, Loana and Lily. The next tenants are lucky 🍀 😊

GoogleLondon Estates has been the best agency that I've met living in London for over 5 years. Ioana was our office manager and she has been amazing! They are caring, easy to talk to and are always making sure there is a clear and open communication with tenent and landlord. I felt very supported for all the time I lived in the flat. GoogleI have been a tenant with London Estates for 2 years. I can honestly say that it's been such a great experience. Whenever we have had issues they have responded on the day and sent someone to fix it the next day. No charge. When we moved out we got the full deposit back. Even my housemate who had lived there for 7 years got everything back, no deductions. Special mention to Lily, John and Ioana, who have always been of great assistance. Thoroughly recommend.

GoogleGreat team! I have just moved out of a rented property managed by London estates for over two years. They were incredibly responsive if we had any issues including out of normal office hours. Any repair people they’ve sent in have been great and most issues they resolved within 48hrs. If I was still in London I would 100% want to use them again, thank you!

GoogleWe have just sold our flat, which was complicated to say the least! I honestly don’t think we could have done it without John. He went above and beyond at every stage - and remained professional, friendly and available throughout the entire process. Selling a property is stressful at the best of times, and this sale hit bumps in the road a lot, and many estate agents would have lost interest and enthusiasm - not John. He really knows his stuff and nothing is any trouble. He rescued the sale countless times and we are so grateful that we had John. John epitomises the phrase ‘above and beyond’ and we can’t recommend him enough. A top man who has an incredible work ethic and superb knowledge of property, the legal processes and the area. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Thanks again John, simply superb

GoogleI was recently in need of assistance from London Estates staff due to a service related issue in a flat they oversee that needed imminent fixing. I contacted the office and spoke with John who was on it (like a Bonnet! as we Americans say) within the hour. He immediately sent qualified professionals to remedy the situation, preventing what could have been a bad outcome through lightning quick reflexes. I'm wickedly impressed by the amount of professionalism he and his team showed, when comparing it to most of the service received in London. Hats off to you, John!

GoogleJohn, Ioana and Lily were fantastic before, during and after our tenancy. For example, when we needed a visa related letter during our tenancy it was provided the very same day by Lily! Or when I we needed a repair done, John and Ioana contacted me the very same day to arrange a repair. They were brilliant.

More importantly, the people seem human, and as tenants we felt like we could trust them. Sadly, we can't seem to find this kind of relationship with many other estate agents.

During the sale of our property, they provided all information required quickly so we were able to complete with no delays. I could not rate the team at London Estates highly enough. GoogleI have been renting a property from London Estates over the last 18 months and just renewed it. After four years of traumatic experiences with other estate agencies, I was pleased our paths crossed. They are the most professional, respectful and efficient Estate Agency I ever interacted with. The property was spotless when I first visited it, professionally painted, new carpet and appliances. At the beginning of the tenancy, we encountered an intermittent issue with water heating. It was a complex problem, and London Estates hired several professionals and solved it very fast. Approximately three months ago, during a stressful day, I locked myself outside of the apartment; they were about to close the office but kindly waited until I could collect a spare key. London Estates fees are fair, and the service is high quality. I plan to remain with them for as long as possible. Thank you very much for the fantastic work, John, Lily and Ioana!
